Nerja is a beautiful village, typically Spanish in nature. It has a number of first class restaurants and bars which we would have no hesitation in recommending to our clients. It is often described as "Spain's best kept secret".

It is a 45 minute drive from Malaga airport. Close by is a "white village" in the hills known as Frigiliana, which is well worth a visit. The Frigiliana wine is interesting. The main beach is the Burriana Beach, which is close to our property. The beach has numerous restaurants, cafes and shops.

In the centre of town is the Balcon de Europa which juts out into the sea and is a good meeting place for locals and tourists. The views of the Eastern coastline are quite stunning from here.
